I am currently undertaking a part time practice based Masters by Research at Manchester School of Art entitled:
“Tracing the social contract of photography: How do we evidence the collaborative social engagement process in photography without undermining the value of the final visual outcome?”
As part of the research I am currently delivering two live projects with community groups across the North West, working together to test out and critique collaborative methods with photography as a tool for creative expression and the creation of co-authored visual narratives. I am currently working with Many Hands Craft Collective in Victoria Square Housing, Ancoats.
Please keep eye on the blog posts on the home page below for regular updates about the project and other related projects exploring photography as a collaborative tool.
