Glitch and Kitsch – Collaborative workshops with over60s across the North West

As part of my on-going collaboration with a number of older community groups and organisations across the North West, we have been exploring the digital disruption of glitches in sourced or personal archival imagery. Using social history as a point of departure, each of the groups have selected images to manipulate with supported glitch software. The workshops seek to explore the potential beauty but uncertainty of digital technology on the past, present and future archive.

Thanks to the Liverpool and Ancoats groups who have taken part so far.
